The Editorial Board considers articles of theoretical, methodological and applied nature, the topics of which correspond to the topics of the Journal.

Received manuscripts are subject to double-blind peer-review.

Upon receipt of the manuscript into the journal system, the editor appoints two reviewers who are acquainted with the abstract and on this basis accept or reject to review the article. If the reviewer reject, the editor appoints another.

Appointed reviewers consider the material and evaluate it for compliance with the following requirements:

  1. The publication has a scientific character, corresponds to the profile of the publication and promotes a better understanding of the political, psychological and political, social and economic problems.
  2. The publication contains original results and conclusions that are consistent with its main content.
  3. The publication shall have a clear and transparent theoretical basis.
  4. The results of the empirical study outlined in the publication meet the methodological requirements for the collection, processing and interpretation of empirical data.
  5. The publication is designed in accordance with the established requirements of the collection.

According to the evaluation results of the article reviewers draw the following conclusion:

- This article is recommended for publication

- Article recommended for publication with minor comments (without re-review)

- This article is recommended for publication with significant comments that need to be reviewed

- This article is not recommended for publication

The relevant information should be sent to the author for revision of the manuscript. The author uploads the revised manuscript to the journal system, the reviewer revisits it (if necessary according to the previous conclusion) and gives a final recommendation on the possibility of its further publication or rejection..

If the author does not agree with certain comments of the reviewer, the author has the right to submit to the editorial board an appeal in the format “reviewer's comments - author's comment”. This document should be sent to the reviewer. If, after this, differences between the author and the reviewer persist, the issue is referred to the Editorial Board. In the case of receiving the opposing opinions of the reviewers regarding the submitted manuscript (accept / reject), the decision to publish this material will be submitted to the Editorial Board.

After the review process is complete, all articles recommended for publication will be submitted to the Editorial Board. The is made by the editor-in-chief of the journal is responsible for final decision regarding the article.

The Journal is due no later than December 1 of the current year. The first submission of the manuscript should be made no later than September 1 of the current year. Delayed manuscripts won’t be considered.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

Editor - carries out preliminary review of the submitted manuscripts, determines the correspondence of their subject to the thematic directions of the collection, appoints reviewers, controls the terms of the process of reviewing.

Reviewer - thoroughly examines the manuscript, checks it for compliance with the above requirements, expresses comments if necessary, provides intermediate and final (after refining the manuscript) recommendations for publication / rejection of the article.

Member of the Editorial Board - reviews the manuscripts that have undergone the review process under the above procedure, expresses their position on their publication or rejection, reviews the controversial cases that occurred during the reviewing stage, and proposes its own decision on each case.

Editor-in-Chief - Appoints an editor (s) to work on the current issue of the collection, participates in the work of the editorial board to review the reviewed manuscripts and resolve controversial cases, and on this basis makes a final sole decision on the content of the current issue of the Journal.
